Unique Spec Suites Take the 5th Floor

The renovation of the 5th floor at 750 17th Street comprised an area of nearly 10,500 square feet. The project resulted in a new elevator lobby and the creation of three distinctive spec suites, all of which were fully leased to tenants either during construction or soon after completion. Each suite features a new reception area, open and closed offices, phone rooms, a conference room, break room and storage spaces. The suites were completed with custom millwork and unique finishes.
