This mixed-use development in Falls Church, Virginia, transforms its 4.3-acre site into a vibrant community destination. Designed around a central public realm, the plan carves a town square and pedestrian-friendly retail promenade from the surrounding buildings, creating inviting open spaces while meeting diverse program requirements.
The project brings together ground-floor retail, a two-level movie theater, residential apartments, a hotel, office space, and above and below-grade parking—integrating shopping, dining, entertainment, and living within a dynamic, walkable environment.
GTM is the design architect for the project and was responsible for the entitlement approvals through the City of Falls Church.
