We’re proud to share that two GTM projects were recognized at this year’s Frederick County Building Industry Association Awards!

The Ethel received Best Multifamily Project in the Design & Architecture Division—the project’s fourth award since fall of 2024, including honors from NAIOP DC|MD, Mid-Atlantic Masonry Association, and CREW DC.

Approved by the Washington, D.C. Zoning Commission in 2016, this $37 million project broke ground in 2021 and was completed in spring 2023. The Ethel plays a vital role in DC’s Permanent Supportive Housing Program, providing 100 residential units, workforce training, and support services. LEED Silver Certified, the project prioritizes sustainability and long-term impact.
