GTM|DC participated in Bisnow’s Welcoming the Commanders Back to DC: The Future of RFK Stadium + Hill East, an event that brought city leaders, developers, and other community stakeholders to the table to explore one of Washington’s most significant redevelopment efforts.

The event featured remarks from Mayor Muriel Bowser and discussions with key project stakeholders working to shape Hill East’s future, including our partner, Bryan “Scottie” Irving, Principal and Head of Development and Construction of Blue Skye Development. Together, speakers outlined the city’s $3.8 billion vision for transforming the 174-acre RFK site into a vibrant mixed-use community.

GTM|DC highlighted our ongoing design contributions to the Hill East neighborhood, including The Ethel and Park Kennedy, two multifamily communities delivered in partnership with Blue Skye Development. Since 2021, these projects have brought more than 360 new homes to the area, with an additional 950 units currently in design and construction, supporting the city’s long-term goals for connectivity, affordability, and neighborhood vitality.

For over 36 years, GTM Architects has offered our design experience across homes, commercial and multifamily sectors connect across the DC region. GTM|DC continues that mission through mixed-use and multifamily developments that reflect our experience and commitment to community impact.
